The People for Ethical Treatment of Animals or PETA have now roped in Outrageous girl and the most downloaded internet wallpaper babe Sherlyn Chopra for their next ad campaign. The campaign which is to be shot in February by ace lens man Rakesh Shrestha will be their first new ad campaign for this calendar year and will be widely publicized, said PETA officials.

Other Bollywood personalities who have campaigned for PETA include John Abraham, Yana Gupta, Celina, Raveena Tandon, etc. Sherlyn Chopra is the latest to join the bandwagon this year.

Internationally, former Baywatch babe and V.I.P. star Pamela Anderson, Rockstar Pink, Paul McCartney, hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons and Latin pop sensation Patricia Manterola have campaigned for PETA. Sherlyn Chopra is the latest addition to this august international list of celebrities who have lent their support to PETA.

Anuradha Sawhney of PETA India, said, "We have an 'outrageous' theme planned for PETA with Sherlyn Chopra as the lead model. She will be dressed in an outfit like that of Victoria's Secret lingerie or some similar intimate wear in an entire set resembling a bedroom. The setting would be sexy and sensual keeping the 'outrageous' girls image in mind.

The tagline of the ad will be 'Whips and chains may be used in the bedroom but not in the circus'. The entire idea and concept of the ad has been developed in house by PETA. "We are still fine tuning the story board and once ready will shoot with Sherlyn somewhere around mid-February. It will be really wonderful for us if we can have the ace photographer Rakesh Shrestha do that shoot, since he had earlier shot Celina for us," added Anuradha Sawhney.

Sherlyn said, "I had a puppy when I was a kid and also that I am strictly against the use of fur and leather in any form. For me, fake fur is equivalent to real fur. So, fur is a strict no-no for me. I'd rather go nude than wear fur," she retorted.

"One just needs to wait and watch out for the ad. It will simply be a mind-blowing one," stated Anuradha Sawhney.
